Key Account Manager

International Sales


  • Manage a portfolio of clients (Recruiters/HR/HRD) and explore new opportunities in international markets.
  • Manage the business from A to Z, prospecting until the signing of projects (physical appointment, online demos, talks…)
  • Understand the challenges of customers and offer them the best solutions for their evaluation and recruitment problems.
  • Lead and advise customers in the use of our solutions.
  • Participate in company events (exhibitions, learning breakfasts, conferences, etc.)
  • You will be accompanied and we will train you in the sale of recruitment solutions.
  • You will be integrated within the current sales team.
  • Reach quarterly revenue goals.
  • Contribute to the fun work environment.
  • Participate in changing the way recruitment is done

Sought Profile

  • English is your native language. Ideally you speak other European languages
  • Had one or more successful experiences in selling SAAS solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • You enjoy advising and creating a bond of trust with contacts
  • You are passionate about the world of human resources and new technologies
  • You are optimistic, flexible, tough, and curious
  • Experience in selling HR solutions is a plus

Salary + Conditions

  • Based in Paris, France
  • Fixed (depending on experience and profile) + sales commissions
  • Restaurant coupons (for free/discounted lunch)

  • Full-time contract (CDI)
  • 50% of transportation costs
